The government now publishes insolvency orders, moratoriums and debt rescheduling arrangements on its website http://www.rechtspraak.nl. Using the search option, it is easy to ascertain whether a person or legal entity is insolvent, or has been granted a moratorium or debt restructuring arrangement. |
